To scale its panel operations and enhance user experience across multiple markets, ShareParty Insight partnered with On-us to build a seamless, automated reward infrastructure. From voucher issuance and tracking to redemption analytics, this collaboration enables cross-border rewards and strengthens member loyalty through On-us' diverse global merchant network.

The Challenge

As SharePParty Insight expanded its research and rewards platform across six markets (Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia), several operational challenges emerged in managing large-scale, multi-market incentive programs:
